Return Policy

Return Policy ( for in-store shopping not on-line shopping)

You have 14 day to exchange a piece of jewellery from our stone. Pieces purchased from either store can be exchanged for jewellery at either store, credit toward something custom made, credit toward a repair or alteration, or a credit note to be used at a later date. No cash refunds.

Any piece that has been worn and requires refinishing will be subject to a refinishing fee. If your purchase requires repair due to a defect in materials or fabrication, it will be done free of charge. Pieces of jewellery from our store that have deteriorated over time with normal wear may be subject to normal repair prices.

Credit notes have no expiry date. Custom designed pieces, or pieces that have been specially commissioned can not be returned.
