Madeyoulook.ca currently accepts MasterCard and VISA credit cards, money orders and cashiers checks. You can also use your ATM/Check card bearing the VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept personal checks. We do not ship COD.

Please make your money order or cashiers check out to “Made You Look” and mail to Made You Look, 1338 Queen Street West., Toronto, ON, M6K 1L4 Canada. We do not accept personal checks. Orders paid by money order or cashiers check are held until payment is received.
Shipping Policy
At Madeyoulook.ca we believe that you shop online for convenience, value and privacy. In order to make shopping online cost effective for you, we offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on product orders of $250.00CAN or more anywhere in the Continental United States and Canada. Free Shipping excludes gift certificates and taxes.
Standard Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground (US Destinations) and CanPar Ground (Canadian Destinations). Shipping charges are as follows - $10.00 CAND for Canadian destinations and $ 15.00 CAND for Continental U. S. destinations. There is a $2.50 handling fee for each order processed.

You will be notified via e-mail once your order has shipped with your package tracking number. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for arrival, from the date of shipment. For your peace of mind, you can track your package anytime online by clicking on CANPAR TRACKING Note: For Alaska and Hawaii, add $8.00 to standard rates.
Rush Delivery
For an additional $15.00 per address, we are able to expedite delivery to most destinations. Please allow 2 business days for arrival, from the date of shipment.
International Orders
We gladly accept international orders, but reserve the right to require payment via bank transfer or international money order in $USD. International shipping charges will be calculated manually. There is an additional $15 processing charge for all International orders. Please keep in mind that Madeyoulook.ca is not responsible for any orders seized by foreign governments, and all import duties, tariffs and taxes that may be imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Images
As we strive to provide you with high quality images of all our products, we have purposely enlarged the images to show a greater level of detail. Thus, the products may appear larger than they actually are. For more accurate dimensions of the product, please refer to our written product details under the heading of “Size”.
While we make every effort to convey the true color of the jewelry we offer, please keep in mind that there may be the possibility of a slight variance from what you see and what you actually receive, as computer monitors sometimes display colors differently, and occasionally the actual pieces may vary in color shades.
Return Policy and Instructions for Online Orders
As your complete satisfaction is important to us, you may return any items for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you are returning an item because of a mistake on our part, we will refund your return postage.
You must enclose your original invoice with the return.
Items returned to us MUST be in their original unaltered condition and packaging.
For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and therefore cannot credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.
